When we returned to Davao, our city tour started at about 3:30p.m. We didn't know what we could still squeeze in, so we let Nilo (09217191534), the cab driver (same guy who took us to Probinsya; we made arrangements with him through text while we were in Samal) lead the way. He suggested that we go to the Crocodile Park, but on our way there, he talked Jeff into zip lining. Jeff ended up doing the 320 meter 120 feet about the ground zipline at Zip City at Hilltop in Barangay Langub. They charge P200 per person.
On our way to the Crocodile Park still, we spotted Davao Zorb Park, so we gave it a go. They charge P200 per person. 'Must be universal.

Getting strapped to that giant plastic ball.
Literally hurtling towards our tour guide. I always thought zorbing was only considered an adventure activity by wussies. I was proven wrong.
We got to the Crocodile Park late in the afternoon, so we decided against going to the butterfly house which was included in the P200 per person fee. Again, universal. Also, since neither Jeff nor I like zoos, we just perfunctorily went around the place. All I remember is that there were lots of animals (har!), the place was well-kept, and there were souvenir shops and stalls. 'Nough said.
When walking on wires, I guess there's nothing like crocodiles below to motivate you to not make mistakes.
'Found it a little weird that a zoo would have something like this posted in the area.
What we thoroughly enjoyed, though, was watching Tribu K' Mindanawan's fire show. Apparently, during weekends, at about 5:45p.m., the group does a cultural presentation capped off by the fire show.
Tribu K' Mindanawan Cultural Village showcases different traditional Mindanao lifestyle and house types.
Tribu K' Mindanawan cultural presentation.
Tribu K' Mindanawan fireshow.
The group was really a joy to watch because they seemed to be genuinely having fun.

This is something that shouldn't be missed when you visit Davao City.
